We are sorry, but we do not have the COD service as of now.
Do you ship to different cities?
At present, we are shipping complete terrariums only in Hyderabad. However, we can ship terrarium kits everywhere in the country.
Why does my plant not look like the one in the picture?
The plant may not look like the illustration as it is always growing and may change in shape and size from the time of purchase to delivery. However, we assure you it will not be a different kind of plant.
What is the replacement process?
Once you realize the product got damaged during delivery, write to us at the earliest with details of the damage. We will arrange for a free pick-up and replace the product as soon as possible.
How does cancellation/refund work?
If you wish to cancel your order, we request you to do so within 12 hours after the purchase. If the product you ordered is not in our stock, we will refund 100% of the amount. Once the refund process is initiated, the amount will be credited in your account within 7 working days.
How long does the refund process take?
After you apply for a refund, it will take approximately 4-5 working days to get the refund in your bank account.
How can I return a product I received?
If the product is the same as what you ordered, we will request you to ship it back to us. In that case, you will have to bear the shipping cost. In case you received a product different from what you ordered, we will ensure a free pick-up from your doorstep and a 100% refund within 7 working days.
